Olivier Zahm's Purple magazine dinners are always a hot ticket at Paris fashion week. But this season, he shared the bill with a friend who's new to the magazine game: André Saraiva, the new creative director of L'Officiel Hommes. (Of course, when throwing parties, it doesn't hurt if said creative director is also a nightlife baron with a few Paris hot spots to his name—like La Fidélité, where dinner was served.) Haider Ackermann, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, Irina Lazareanu, and Purple cover girl Lindsey Wixson all arrived to fête the new issues.

"It was always my secret dream to have a magazine. I'm very proud," said Saravia of his first issue. "I don't think a magazine has ever been made this way. We have pictures of us sitting in the street, editing photographs and drinking beers. It was a very exciting process." (Saraiva's editor in chief, Timothee Verrecchia, confirmed: "It was done total André style.")

Case in point: the magazine's Johan Lindeberg spread, which features the designer as a rustic fisherman, wearing waders, nautical stripes, and, in one shot, a nude sea nymph draped over his shoulders. "I love Life Aquatic!" Dree Hemingway teased. "I didn't know Johan was in that movie."

After plenty of Champagne, the likes of Terry Richardson, Max Snow, and Michelle Harper, who revealed she's just completed a Vogue Nippon shoot, sat down to dinner. And later on, Lindsay Lohan and Mario Testino both popped by to join Zahm and co. for an after-dinner drink, at which point the center table was merrily belting out old French anthems. Liberté, égalité, fraternité—and Fidélité?
