Frankie Muniz - Former "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz was a news topic earlier this week for an altercation with his girlfriend Elycia Turnbow and reportedly being suicidal. Recent reports indicated the couple patched things up and moved on with their lives.
According to US Weekly however, TMZ obtained the 911 audio recording, Muniz, 25, tells the female dispatcher that girlfriend Elycia Turnbow, 33, is "going crazy" and "trashing my house."
"She's hitting me in the face and I don't know what to do," he says. "I'm about to lose control."
Later, Muniz pleads with the operator to cancel the call and the police officers en route to their Phoeniz, Ariz., home.
"I don't want to make a big deal because I am a celebrity," Muniz tells the operator. "I don't want there to be a big deal. I don't want any charges -- I just want her to stop throwing stuff!"
A police report filed after the February 11 incident and obtained by TMZ states that Muniz "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide." After a short visit to the hospital, Muniz returned home, and the couple began arguing again -- in which, the police file says, Muniz "punched" Turnbow and "threw her into a wall."
Both Frankie Muniz and Elycia Turnbow were charged with disorderly conduct.
