Justin Bieber is a wanted man in the US, as police want to question the young star about an assault that allegedly occurred yesterday (May 27) at a shopping mall in Calabasas with his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
The 'Boyfriend' singer reportedly got into a physical altercation with the offending paparazzo and was even pictured looking dishevelled after losing a shoe.
Witnesses have told TMZ that the victim was blocking in the 18-year-old's car at The Commons, where he'd been shopping with his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
The website reports that sources say Justin Bieber had repeatedly asked the man to move his car before they got physical.
TMZ also claims that a lawyer was close to the victim following the scuffle, and he advised the 'victim' to call an ambulance and file a police reports as he was advised that “he could get a lot of money out of the incident”.
Justin Bieber's representatives have been contacted, but so far no comment about the incident.

The teen idol was out with girlfriend Selena Gomez when the altercation took place, with the injured paparazzo calling the police. The 'victim' was allegedly then taken to hospital.
Opening with a plug for his new single, Justin wrote on his Twitter page today: "gonna focus on the important stuff. the music. #DieInYourArms hits ITUNES in less than #24HOURS – #BELIEVE (sic)"
Responding to a follower who wrote "Beliebers Protect Justin, until the end <3," he said: "And I will protect u too. we got each other’s backs. always. i know that. thanks."
He later said somewhat epically: "My fans have always been there. from day 1. they are there for me thru everything. they lift me up. so… i’m there for them. always. #FACT.
"We came up from the bottom TOGETHER. every step we were doubted. i doubted… but you were always there. #IlovemyBeliebers.
"So we work hard. we grind it out. nothing is stopping us. we #BELIEVE :)"
